Met 1 is a 40-story residential tower located in Downtown Miami at 300 South Biscayne Boulevard. It has 447 condo residences comprised of tower suites, lofts, and penthouses. The tower suite residences are available in one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 605 to 1,268 interior square feet while the lofts are available in one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 698 to 1,354 interior square feet (see Met 1 Miami floor plans).
